GEOCLASS iOS LIBRARY BUILD INFORMATION TARGET iOS device arm64, deployment target 17.0; Qt 6.10.3 static; C++17 application; MapLibre Metal backend. macOS is an internal test target, not this release. The candidate was built with Xcode 27.1 (27A9275), iPhoneOS SDK 27.1. Those compiler versions are candidate provenance, not a promise about arbitrary SDKs. Recipient must obtain Xcode/Apple SDKs under Apple's terms separately. QT sources/qt contains original Qt 6.10.3 submodule archives and their inventory. Extract each into its own source directory. qtbase/configure and each module's configure.cmake/CMakeLists.txt are supplied in the archives. Installed records include config_.opt, config_.summary, qconfig.pri, qmodule.pri and sha1s.txt. These are exact upstream installation records, not commands to paste: /Users/qt/... paths, sccache and upstream SBOM tooling refer to Qt's CI. Substitute your local paths; do not create that user's directories. For an iOS source build follow Qt's platform instructions: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6.10/ios-building-from-source.html https://doc.qt.io/qt-6.10/configure-options.html Supply a Qt 6.10.3 macOS host-tools installation via QT_HOST_PATH. Configure qtbase with the iOS toolchain, static libraries, device arm64, deployment 17.0, and a separate install prefix. Configure the dependent source modules against that qtbase using its bin/qt-configure-module, then cmake --build / --install. Use the supplied installed configuration summaries to match features, private interfaces and bundled libraries. Linker recipe kit.json is the exact required library/plugin/resource list. qtdeclarative, qtshadertools and qttools host generators must be the matching version. Do not substitute Qt 5 or a different private-API build. A bit-for-bit Qt rebuild is not claimed by this guide; no user-modified Qt build/QA has been performed or promised. NATIVE LIBRARIES Extract sources/geoclass-native-sources.tar.gz into an empty working directory. The source layout is: PROJ/ (9.6.0 including local source snapshot) maplibre-native-qt/ (full local Qt/native/vendor source snapshot) sqlite-amalgamation/ (source and headers, SQLITE_VERSION in sqlite3.h) Geoclass/third_party/minizip-ng-4.2.2/ Geoclass/tools/ (only the named library build helpers) Geoclass/build/apple/downloads/tiff-4.7.2.tar.xz From the extracted Geoclass directory: export GEOCLASS_QT_ROOT=/path/to/Qt/6.10.3 bash tools/build_apple_proj_with_grids.sh ios-device-arm64 bash tools/build_apple_maplibre.sh ios-device-arm64 Install CMake >=3.30 and Ninja, and ensure their binaries are on PATH. ccache is optional. Scripts use xcrun to select the active Apple SDK; DEVELOPER_DIR can be set through GEOCLASS_XCODE_DIR. The scripts preserve the build options used for PROJ, SQLite RTREE/metadata/thread safety, TIFF and MapLibre Metal/Qt Location. TIFF's original pinned archive is supplied, avoiding its download step. The snapshot already includes library fixes; no application C++ source is needed to rebuild these external libraries. SOURCE_FILES.json lists exact bytes. MINIZIP The supplied minizip source is the pinned 4.2.2 snapshot. The application's minizip archive is also a compiled input in the relink kit. To rebuild it use an iOS CMake toolchain and the flags in Geoclass/tools/apple-kmz.cmake: static, MZ_DECOMPRESS_ONLY=ON, MZ_ZLIB=ON, MZ_ZLIB_FLAVOR=zlib; the listed optional codecs/crypto/fetch/test features are OFF. AppleKmz is a Geoclass adapter supplied as a compiled input, not an exported app source. OTHER COMPONENTS Original notices identify GeographicLib, Nokia Qt Components, Open Sans, MapLibre's vendored components and Google SDK third parties. Their original licences govern them. Qt-ThirdParty-Notices.txt is generated from linked SBOM dependencies, not from an assumption that all Qt components share one licence. GOOGLE SDK Obtain GoogleMobileAdsSdkiOS-13.11.0 separately under Google's applicable terms. The recorded original archive SHA-256 is e705195fd4f9048aa245316c2743777d0c689fd1a7e1edf307a54ecf32d70771. The rolling download may change; a different hash/version requires review. https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/download Do not upload a copied SDK to the public materials repository on the basis of this guide. The kit's relinker takes --ads pointing to your existing extraction.
